Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus price, release date, deals

Samsung’s Note 10 and Note 10 Plus are official! If you’re looking for details on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus price, release date, and deals, we’ve got it all for you here.

As expected, both iterations of the Galaxy Note 10 don’t come cheap. The starting price of the Galaxy Note 10 Plus is over $1,000 and the expected 5G model likely will be even more expensive than that. However, the standard Galaxy Note 10’s price is actually cheaper than last year’s Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

These are the best-of-the-best smartphones from Samsung, so you’ll get quite a bit for your cash. Check out all the info on the Galaxy Note 10 family below!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 release date

Samsung officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 family on August 7, 2019, at the Barclays Center in New York City. Pre-orders for the Note 10 and the Note 10 Plus open on August 8, 2019, with the 5G variant of the Note 10 available to order at a later, unspecified date.

If you don’t care to pre-order the devices, you can wait until August 23, 2019 when the devices will be available in stores and online. If you do pre-order one of the phones, you should see it arrive at your door on or before that date. Historically, many Samsung pre-orders arrive earlier than the on-sale date.

Pre-orders also come with a nifty gift. Scroll down a bit for more on that.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 price and availability

As stated earlier, the Galaxy Note 10 phones are very expensive. Still, Samsung is lowering the base cost of entry this year as compared to last year, which is an interesting move.

Check out the prices below:

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 10 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage: $949
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage: $1,099

For reference, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 started at $1,000 for the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, so this year’s model gets you more memory for less cash, which is certainly nice. However, some of the specs of the base model Note 10 are actually weaker than either variant of the Note 9; see our specs roundup for all the details.

Both versions of the Galaxy Note 10 will be available around the world on most major carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint here in the United States.

When the 5G variant lands, it will initially be exclusive to Verizon in the United States. Details surrounding the 5G model are scarce at the moment, though.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 deals

Those of you who decide to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 directly from Samsung starting on August 8 will get a free gift.

For pre-orders of the vanilla Galaxy Note 10, you’ll receive a $100 Samsung gift card. Pre-orders of the Note 10 Plus will come with a $150 Samsung gift card. These gift cards can be used towards all manner of Samsung products, including accessories for your Note 10. Or, you could apply the gift amount to a larger purchase, such as a television, computer, or even another smartphone.
