POLAND IT services provider Linux Polska is to move to the Equator IV office building of Karimpol Polska in Warsaw and will take up 570 sqm on the 11th floor starting from August.
“We are pleased to see Equator IV gaining new tenants and companies have been showing ever increasing interest in the building. We are currently in advanced negotiations to lease out a further 10,000 sqm,” says Jarosław Prawicki, the director of leasing at Karimpol Polska. Karimpol is being represented by JLL. Equator IV at al. Jerozolimskie 100 in Warsaw’s Ochota district will open in June 2018. The development is Karimpol’s eighth project eighth project and will comprise am area of 35,000 sqm, of which 20,130 sqm will be leasable office space, and 682 sqm on the ground floor has been set aside for retail and services including a canteen. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with a rating of ‘Very Good’. The building has seven lifts, 226 parking spaces on four underground levels and racks for 78 bicycle with showers and locker rooms. A further 40 parking spaces are planned in front of the building. The design is by APA Wojciechowski. The first tenants of Equator IV include a Zdrofit fitness club with 1,662 sqm and serviced office provider Inoffice Group, which has leased the entire tenth floor of the 1,500 sqm building.
