Motorola a.k.a. Lenovo has finally decided to ditch the notch for a streamlined and seamless look. Meaning, the smartphone maker has equipped a punch-hole in the display that houses the front camera. However, a chin still can be seen here

The Moto One Vision brings a Gorilla Glass covered 6.3-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and cinema tall 21:9 aspect ratio. Processing is handled by a Samsung Exynos 9609 Octa-core chipset clocked at 2.2 GHz.

The One Vision comes equipped with a 128GB internal memory (expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated MicroSD slot) and features 4GB of RAM.

Biometrically, the One Vision has the fingerprint sensor at the rear. Yes, the Motorola batwing dimple serves as the fingerprint sensor.

Double primary and hole-punch selfie camera

The One Vision employs a two-camera setup at the rear. We do have a primary 48MP (f/1.7) wide camera coupled to a 5MP (f/2.2) depth sensor. Up front, we do have a 25MP punch-hole front camera for selfie-maniacs. As expected, the rear and front-facing cams can record videos at a resolution of up to 2160p @ 30fps and 1080p @ 30 fps respectively.

Battery and charging, connectivity and Android OS

An ok-ish 3500 mAh is inside the Moto One Vision for getting it going and do its job. With that said, the One Vision comes equipped with Moto’s TurboPower charging technology. As a result, the technology helps charge the battery fast at 15W.

Coming to the connectivity, it has you all covered with Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0 LE. GPS is available for navigation and location-based services. Thankfully, a headphone jack is present in the Moto One Vision.

As expected, the Moto One Vision comes pre-installed with Stock Android 9.0 Pie off the factory.

Paint jobs, pricing and availability

Customers wanting to buy the Motorola One Vision will have to shell out $335. The new smartphone from “Lenovorola” will be available in various markets around the world in the coming days and weeks.
