Systems are collections of components that are interrelated and work together to achieve certain goals. The existence of a system is very influential on the information that will be generated. Where every information that will be produced will have its own value because it can produce useful data and knowledge.

With the system, it can facilitate a job in carrying out every activity that will be carried out. The existence of this system can help facilitate communication between individuals in each agency or group.

The system can be said to be a system that is beneficial to human life if it can bring or provide a usefulness. To make it easier to study a system there are several system characteristics that can be known to be used as information knowledge. Where, here are some characteristics of the system in general:

1. Have a Purpose

The goal can be said to be a goal that must be achieved. In any context, goals always exist. Likewise in the system, the system will certainly have a purpose depending on what aspects of the system are used. Differences in system usage in a field can affect the purpose of the system.

2. Has a Limit

Boundary is one of the characteristics possessed by the system. Where the boundary is a limitation of a system to indicate the existence of a separation between the system and its external environment. With this limitation the system can be determined by its configuration, scope, and capabilities of the system itself.

3. Subsystem

These subsystems describe the existence of a system that is interrelated and related to each other. So that the process of achieving its goals will be easier.

Just as with subsystems, in a system it will definitely have links between subsystems or other supporting components. This is so that the objectives of the system are more easily achieved.

1. Components

2. Boundary

Limits in a system can describe the scope of the system. So that with this limitation, a system can run according to its function.

3. Environment

System environment that must be considered. Why? Because the environment of this system can be detrimental and can also benefit depending on the treatment given.

4. Interface

This interface is the link between the subsystems contained in the system. So that communication between subsystems can run well and support the objectives to be achieved.

5. Input

Input or input is energy that is input into a system. Where this input is an important thing in the system in order to produce an output later.

6. Output

Output or output is a result obtained from inputs that have been processed in a system.

7. Process

Process is a stage during input processing until it becomes an output that can describe the achievement of the objectives of a system.

8. Objective and Goals

Objective and goals are an illustration of the objectives of a particular system. Where this goal can affect the users of the system because it can get useful and useful information.

  6. Feedback, is a response given by the system when it is active.

  • The system of government, is used to regulate governance in the State of Indonesia. Where there are various interrelated stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Economic systems, are interrelated systems in the economic field by having many stakeholders ranging from government, banks and others.
